Hair Stylist – this is a part / full time (depending on whether you have any clientele) commission opportunity. We may need you to start part time, but then build to full time. We are looking for someone who is education hungry (stays current with the latest trends), passionate about hair, business and their career, who truly want to be part of a “team”. Our salon is a commission-based salon with no rental opportunity in the future. Please do not inquire if this is your goal.
Our salon is a great, no-drama place to work. We would love it if you were a Schwarzkopf color user, but if not we are willing to train you in this line.

• Minimum 2 years POST-assisting/apprentice experience - please do not apply if you have never
completed an assistant program, even if you have 20 years’ experience UNLESS you have been to
Sassoon (or comparable) at least once
• Be motivated, business-minded and very passionate about hair and retailing
• Be a team player, always willing to help out between clients
• Be somewhat local to Novato (no further than Petaluma or San Rafael)
Aesthetician – we are looking for an aesthetician with a MINIMUM of two years POST-beauty school experience who must have somewhat of a clientele. We are a busy salon, but there are not enough facial/waxing walk-ins to build a skincare business from scratch. Our main skincare line is Osmosis. We also have an account with Luzern and Amarin.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years post school experience
• Be motivated, business-minded and very passionate about retailing
• Experienced doing Brazilian waxing
• Willing to keep track of all backbar and assist with ordering/tracking retail
• Be somewhat local to Novato (no further than Petaluma or San Rafael)
